Christopher was born and raised in New Hyde Park, NY. He received his Bachelors degree from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY and later received his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY in 1998. Following graduation, Christopher accepted a position with HealthSouth in Uniondale as a staff physical therapist. While at HealthSouth, Christopher gained experience treating a host of orthopedic conditions ranging from general orthopedic to post operative and sports related injuries. He was quickly promoted to director of the Uniondale out-patient facility. In early 2001, he joined his partner, Edward Farrell, in founding what is now known as Physical Solutions.

Christopher specializes in the treatment of orthopedic and sports populations and has been involved in the rehabilitation of athletes on the high school, collegiate and professional level. He also lectures on physical rehabilitation and the science of strength and conditioning.
